CS United Soccer Club (CSU) is pleased to announce the addition of Ana Moniz-Schlosser as the Assistant Director of Operations – West Region. Ana comes to CSU from the Blackhawks SC where she has served as the president and coaching director since 2009. A 2006 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and former semi-professional player, Ana brings with her both extensive playing experience as well as coaching and organizational success.
Moniz said in a statement, “I am very excited to join forces with CSU. Not only will this be an opportunity for us to work together to develop the youth in the beautiful game, but it will allow us to be a stronger, more united front in this region.”
“We are delighted Ana is joining CS United. She will be a great addition to our full-time staff. Her experience and standing in the local soccer community will improve the development of CSU in the west region. Ana has established a strong program at the Blackhawks, where she has been able to create a special club environment, with close ties to the players and families. We know Ana will continue to foster that same environment in her role with CSU, as well as providing new and exciting opportunities through CSU’s player development structure and the affiliation with Liverpool FC,” added CSU Director of Coaching, Martyn Hollands.
The CSU leadership team is excited to have the opportunity to meet the all the Blackhawks families and therefore invite them to a town hall meeting, Thursday, April 2nd, 6:30-8:30pm, at the Courtyard Boston-Raynham, 37 Paramount Drive, Raynham, MA, 02767.
This will be a great opportunity to meet the families and answer any questions they have about the 2015-16 season.
According to Moniz, “The Blackhawks Soccer Club has always been an organization focused on providing local players with a place to learn the game of soccer in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. It is my belief that by joining the CSU team we will strengthen our ability to provide local players with the opportunities and support necessary to help them reach their goals. My hope is that players and parents will join me in looking forward to the opportunities and possibilities that uniting will bring. I believe the changes that are to take place will benefit all parties involved; most of all the players.”
